1. Acceptance of Terms
By using DigiGini (including Bookz and HRMate), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
DigiGini provides cloud-based billing, accounting, inventory, HR, and payroll software for Indian businesses. We offer free and paid subscription plans.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. DigiGini is not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence.
4. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to Pro features. No credit card is required for the trial. The trial ends automatically without charging you.
5. Payments & Refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. We offer a 7-day refund policy for annual plans. Monthly plans are not refundable for the current period.
6. Data & IP
You retain full ownership of your business data. DigiGini retains IP rights to the software, design, and algorithms.
7. Limitation of Liability
DigiGini is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 3 months.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
